Honors Chapel and Convocation

Yesterday morning Honors faculty and students gathered in the Christian Development Center Theater room to honor our twenty-three spring 2014 graduates. The Honors Program tries to have at least two Honors chapel a semester. The Honors Convocation is the last chapel of the semester where we offer blessings over our seniors as they proceed to graduate school or future job placements. Afterwards we gather in the Christian Development Center for a small reception. This year the Honors Program brought in Einstein Bagel Brothers for bagels, fruit, and orange juice. It is always an encouraging time to witness how each student has developed academically as well as spiritually as they continue in their specific vocation.
